The Senior students took part in their first live cooking lesson with Mr Campbell and Mr Withers on Friday, where they were able to make spicy tuna fish cake in real time. The students also learnt various kitchen skills, such as the correct way to hold a knife and chop ingredients safely, as well as different ways to prepare chillies.
Well done to Ploy, Anrai, Sean, Cheyenne, Robin (and her dog), Lou, Toto and Julian for producing some amazing final dishes!
