ISS Sharks competed at the PISAC Meet at BISP and delivered an outstanding performance in the pool, achieving 75 personal best times across the competition. Medalists: Adam, Oliver, Saran and Sira – Relay Team Sira Liam Rasa Yunho Adam Sonya Event winners: Sira – 100m Breaststroke Rasa – 100m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke and 200m Breaststroke Liam – 200m Backstroke Yunho – 50m Backstroke We also celebrated several new ISS Sharks school records: Rasa – 11-12 Girls 200m Breasts

The Y10 BTEC Sport Students have started their assignment for Unit 2: Training for Personal Fitness. The students must create their own training programme, maintain a training diary and then evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their programme.

Our Friday Club students joined friends from the Special Needs Foundation for a meaningful afternoon at Samui Elephant Haven. Together, we prepared food, learned how to stay calm and safe around elephants, and demonstrated how a respectful interaction in a real community setting is important. A simple connection, shared routines, and learning alongside each other shows what inclusion means to the ISS students and the Samui community. A special thank you to the Elephant Haven

Congratulations to our Stars of the Week: Stan, Liam, Kennedi, Theo, Kailani, Eva and Mya!

As Year 5 enjoy their Space Topic this term, it was a pleasure to welcome back a regular guest speaker, Mr La Court, a former parent of the school. Students were keen to watch the videos and learn about exploration missions to Mars. With a trip to Space in a tuk tuk and watching Artemis II blast off, we had an out of the world experience in the Drama Hall!
