Our Friday Club students joined friends from the Special Needs Foundation for a meaningful afternoon at Samui Elephant Haven. Together, we prepared food, learned how to stay calm and safe around elephants, and demonstrated how a respectful interaction in a real community setting is important. Our Friday Club students have been busy at Samui Elephant Haven, every week we participate in new activities to support the elephants; from walking with the elderly elephants, to making elephant cakes and recently we planted banana trees. Our students painted a sign with their name that was planted next to their tree to illustrate the work they have put into helping the elephants and the sanctuary. #samuielephanthaven #ethicalelephantsanctuary
