BTEC Travel & Tourism: A Behind-the-Scenes Airport Experience

Our BTEC Travel and Tourism students explored Koh Samui Airport through the eyes of airport staff, learning why staff ask specific questions, how they support passengers requiring special assistance, and how professionalism and care help keep everyone safe.
