Parents and students turned out in huge numbers for yesterday’s biggest ever Christmas market, and the culmination of weeks of singing and musical practice at the Primary School Christmas Carol Concert.
This year there were over 30 market stalls selling Christmassy gifts, food and drinks, much of which was made by the students themselves, with all funds raised for local charities.
The Christmas Carol performance was a genuine extravaganza this year, with each of the Primary year groups singing a song of their own, and several as a whole school. The concert is also a great opportunity for those children learning a musical instrument to show the world what they can do, both as soloists and in groups under the able tutelage of Aria and Rick, our music teachers.
