This term, Year 7 are exploring the concept of encryption and the important role it plays in our modern society, taking their knowledge of symmetric encryption further by learning about the Pigpen and Caesar Ciphers, and combining their new knowledge of these ciphers with prior learning about binary numbers to crack and create some inventive multi layer codes.
