ISS is very proud to have donated 40,000 THB to the Koh Samui Municipal Hospital and 26,000 THB to Wat Sawang Arom Anuban School in Chaweng.
The donations were hugely appreciated by both organisations helping Thai youngsters on the island and raising ISS students’ community values. We raised 66,000 Thai Baht with the support of our parents by hosting our recent International Food Fair.
Koh Samui Hospital looks after a huge number of patients, over 1000, every day, with limited resources. Wat Sawang Arom school educates 950 children in classes of 50 students or more.
Donations are always a welcome income in government organisations who have limited resources, and ISS is always striving to support these initiatives.!
