Congratulations Artem! You have definitely earned this award. Consistency is the key to success in swimming and Artem is one of the most consistent trainers that we have at ISS. Artem has not missed a session since September and has trained in all weather conditions over the last few months. Not only has he trained five mornings a week, every week, but he also trains with the Samui Stingrays in the evenings so it is no coincidence that Artem achieved huge PB’s at our most recent meet. Keep up the good work Artem as it is not going unnoticed.
