It's not often that we see 4 international schools on the tiny island of Koh Samui come together for a sporting challenge! And what a competition it was! At the beginning of February, ISS was delighted to welcome LIS, Oonrak and Panyadee for an inter-school swimming competition brilliantly organized by Mr Withers, ISS Sharks Head Coach.
Many parents came to join the event to cheer on their little prodigies and respective schools making it a memorable and splendid day for all.

Our swimming pool area was packed with students and supporters from all four schools with a charged and competitive atmosphere.
Some swimmers from the other schools also proudly took home some gold medals.
The awards ceremony took place in the garden outside the pool where swimmers were rewarded for their impressive efforts.
Mr Withers proudly handed out dozens of medals with some of the strongest swimmers bearing 2 medals for backstroke and freestyle podium places.
ISS was delighted to maintain their winning streak and keep their 1st place trophy with a highest-points score.
Congratulations to Mr Withers for putting together a successful event whilst testing all swimmers to their full potential. The Sharks Swim team is looking forward to its upcoming trip to Thanyapura, Phuket in early March.
