Overview:

The Samui Sharks made waves at the Aqua Panthers Invitational in Phuket, securing an impressive 3rd place overall with a remarkable total of 1,083 points. The team's 33 swimmers showcased exceptional skill and determination, contributing to the success in a fiercely competitive event.


Individual Highlights:

The spotlight shone on several standout performances:


Yunho Jang clinched victories in the 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly.

Namor Reynolds dominated the backstroke with wins in the 50m and 100m events.

Tom Kuhn displayed outstanding versatility, securing victories in the 200m IM, 100m breaststroke, 50m breaststroke, 100m backstroke, and 50m backstroke.

KK Zonggitvorakul showcased backstroke prowess with wins in the 200m and 50m backstroke.

Rasa Sornsong excelled in the 100m breaststroke.


Top Performers:

Tom Kuhn's exceptional performance extended beyond individual victories. He clinched 1st place overall in the 9-10 boys category, a tremendous achievement highlighting his skill and determination.


Yunho Jang's remarkable efforts secured him 3rd place overall in the highly competitive 13-14 boys category, a testament to his dedication and prowess in the pool.


Team Performance:

Despite stiff competition, the Samui Sharks demonstrated resilience and team spirit, earning their place on the podium. The collective commitment to excellence and personal best achievements from every swimmer underscored the team's dedication.
