Thai Culture Lessons: Exploring Thai Herbs with Year 2 & 3 Students

As part of their Thai culture lessons, the primary students had the opportunity to learn about Thai herbs. This week, it's time for some hands-on activities to put their knowledge into action.


We’ll be making a delightful, refreshing, and popular Thai drink, Nam Anchan Manow (น้ำอัญชันมะนาว), which is made primarily from dried butterfly pea flowers and lime. The best part is that this herbal iced tea can be fully customized with the herbal flavors that students enjoy most!
