Y11 BTEC Travel and Tourism students went on a school field trip to Central Festival Samui to learn about their customer service initiatives and how they cater to different customer types. Students got to experience Central behind the scenes and meet the amazing staff who head the departments there. Even though most of the students have been to Central many times, they got to view it from a new perspective and learned lots of new things including about their new solar power initiative.
