The Year 10 students have started their study of Arthur Miller's 'The Crucible' for their IGCSE examination. They have begun to focus on the theme of hysteria and how a moral panic can have a negative effect on the lives of the characters of Salem during the witch trials. The students take a more independent approach to learning with drama, as they are all involved in the class reading of the play, adding more realism and contributing to their understanding of the text.
