Year 11 Business Enterprise Cooking Project – What Do You Think? Co. Christmas Fair: Jams

The Year 11 students have been making a selection of jams as part of their enterprise project, ready to sell at the annual ISS Christmas Fair on Tuesday 10th December. As with their range of sauces, all jars have been sterilized with a layer of wax paper to ensure their jams remain clean and fresh, as well as delicious. Egor, Pim, Brent and Albert have made batches of Strawberry Bash Jam and Mixed Berry Bomb Jam that will be sold with their homemade Oreo Cheesecake, also be available at the Christmas Fair.
