Year 11 Business Enterprise Cooking Project – What Do You Think? Co. Christmas Fair: Oreo Cheesecake

The Year 11 students have been making final preparations for their ‘What Do You Think?’ stall at the annual ISS Christmas Fair on Tuesday 10th December. They have prepared homemade Oreo cheesecakes, and will be selling individual slices and whole cakes as well as a selection of homemade jams. Please come and support this exciting enterprise project and the Christmas fair, by trying some jams, cheesecake and mulled wine!
