Year 3 visited Natien Beach as part of their current science topic - 'Rocks

'Rocks' is the current Year 3 Science topic, so they visited Natien Beach to collect rocks meeting specified criteria, and discussed why they vary so much, which ones were trickier to find, and why. They even found some additional treasures including bones and fossils before playing ball games, hanging out in hammocks, swinging from rope swings and splashing in the sea!
