Year 5 students visited one of only a very few houses in Samui built over 100 years ago, to learn how the structure itself is a representation of people's lives, beliefs and culture at the time it was built. They grated coconuts in the traditional way, and made Ladyfinger Dumplings (ขนมด้วง), playing the traditional Thai game of walking with coconut shells, before returning to school.
