Year 7 went to ISS organic farm to learn and bring herbs to make green curry paste

Year 7 students paid a visit to our organic farm farm to learn about the Thai herbs needed to make curry paste, and to plant holy basil (กระเพรา), which they brought to the Design and Technology room to make green curry paste.
