Computer Science lessons at ISS are focused on the emerging skills of now and the future. Year 7 students have already built up the skill and understanding to be mobile application developers, creating a multi page, cross platform application that calculates the area of various shapes based on the users choices and data entry. For this they need to consider the use of mathematical formulas, implementation of key programming constructs, problem solving, and front end / user interface design.
