Early Years Race Day 2018

12th June 2018. Our youngest athletes at the International School of Samui had their Race Day first thing in the morning with full support and cheering from their parents.

Our Early Years students, from Ladybirds and Busy Bees class took part in 3 relay races that involved muscle coordination and agility. Our youngest participants were Max, Tisha, Nicos and Aurora -- all 2 years of age. All our early years students did us proud being attentive and competitive very early in life. As you will see in the video, the children have been well trained to follow instructions, be quick on their feet and be competitive whilst having fun.

It was lovely as every soul in the sports hall was filled with smiles and laughter watching the children race, especially when it was time for the Dinosaur baby pram race! This was, by the way, in connection to their topic in term 3, "Dinosaurs"

After this, the children had a chance to cheer for their favourite Teaching Assistant (TA) as they also participated in a race followed by Mummies and Daddies' race, respectively.

Every competition requires a winner, and this time the winning team was The Green Team!!
