Dear Parents,
Although we are yet to attend our next event, the Thanyapura invitational hosted by Rocket Science, it is already time to begin our preparations for the next session of the Thanyapura open swim league.
Session 3 of the competition has been moved forward and will take place on Saturday 10th March 2018, that’s just three weeks after the Rocket Science event. The Sharks have a number of swimmers who are in a strong position for a podium finish at the last meet in June, with some even in with a chance of winning their age group, which would be a huge achievement considering the opposition we face, so it’s very important that we have yet another strong showing.
We will be leaving for Samui on Friday 9th March and returning on the completion of the event on Saturday 10th March. We will be taking the 10am Ferry from Nathon, so if you intend on driving I suggest you book as early as possible.
The total cost of the trip will be 4650B which includes all transport, entry fees, accommodation and all meals, this is 150B more than the price we paid for attending TOSL #2 in November, this is due to a price increase from Thanyapura. If you would like your child to attend the trip then please fill out the permission slip below and return it with full payment to the accounting office by Wednesday 21st February. As always if any parents would like me to reserve them a room at Thanyapura then please let me know by the payment deadline. There is a limited number available and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
