ISS Parents, you are awesome! Thanks to everyone who gave up a few hours of their time today to help us decorate and set up Santa's grotto; and light up not just one ... not just two... but four Christmas trees around school! The atmosphere is very festive indeed!
We are so grateful to have such a good turn out for this activity and the decorated areas are just gorgeous!
The school is now ready for our wonderful end of term celebrations including the Primary Christmas Carol service, the Senior school Christmas Fayre, Santa’s visit, the Student Council Bake Sale and to finish off the term the cutest youngest students Christmas Songs show. We are excited to have as much participation as possible at these events to support our charitable causes.
We'll have more opportunities next year. Next on the agenda will most likely be ....... Easter! (Spoiler alert: Easter this year, we had a great time with parents too!)
During the next 2 weeks you still have the chance to support our annual Christmas Appeal 2018 which will run until the last day of term. We are placing 6 boxes at the security guard’s office next to the main entrance to school from Monday 3rd December. All donations change a child’s life so please support it.
We are also inviting members of the island community to meet Santa and spend some time in our Christmas Grotto. If you know other families who might be interested, please ask them to register through the school’s Facebook page for this event.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
