Days 1 & 2 of competition for the ISS Sharks at the BISP Sea Eagles Invitational have seen some exciting races and excellent performances. It's the 3rd and final day tomorrow and there's still plenty more racing to come. Well done Sharks!

Yesterday, our Primary School students celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite characters from literature. From classic storybook heroes to magical characters, the school was filled with colour, creativity, and imagination. Our Primary students had a wonderful opportunity to learn about Thai food preservation by making their own salted eggs, or Khai Kem. This traditional Thai ingredient is created by curing eggs in a salt-based mixture, resulting in a firm egg white and a rich, oily orange-red yolk. After learning the preservation process, the students also used their homemade salted eggs to prepare a delicious Spicy Khai Kem Salad (Yum Khai Kem). Our Friday Club students have been busy at Samui Elephant Haven, every week we participate in new activities to support the elephants; from walking with the elderly elephants, to making elephant cakes and recently we planted banana trees. Our students painted a sign with their name that was planted next to their tree to illustrate the work they have put into helping the elephants and the sanctuary. #samuielephanthaven #ethicalelephantsanctuary

Congratulations girls! Last weekend our girls claimed 2nd place at the U16 Maraleina Football competition. They faced tough competition, but ultimately, our girls proved that they were strong enough to shine brightly within the group. After beating BISP in the Semi finals, our girls faced off against a very tough pro team in Phranakorn. The girls ultimately lost the final but we are very proud of their performance. Keep up the good work girls!
