This weekend our Footballers took part in their first international competition. Our U18 boys and girls teams travelled to Malaysia to participate in the Marlborough College Soccer 7s. We are immensely proud of both teams for their performances and the way that they represented both ISS and Thailand. Our CEO, Mr Andrews, had the honour of presenting the many medals and certificates to the 8th cohort of amazing local Thai children in Koh Samui who had successfully completed the life-saving Swim4Life Program. This is organised by the dedicated and hardworking volunteers of the Rotary Club of Samui-Phangan. ISS is delighted to continuously support this Program. Congratulations to the children, parents and the amazing volunteers.

Congratulations to our amazing ISS students! On 25–26 October 2025, four of our students took part in the Azul Fest World Championship Thailand Cup 2025 with Airgym — and they achieved outstanding results! This week, the photography ECA have been developing their portrait skills, learning how to not only take a great photo of an individual, but to try and capture that person's personality. The students took a photo of staff and students enjoying after school activities, with some great results.

During the ½ term break, we took the opportunity to install 3 new marvelous playgrounds to keep our younger learners in Primary and Early Years entertained, fit and healthy.

Recently, ISS was delighted to donate a lot of play equipment to some of our local Thai schools. It was also a great opportunity to welcome the amazing Thai Directors (and their staff) of Bannakai School, Baan Haad Ngam School, and Watsawangarom School to visit ISS. We hope their children have as much fun with the playground equipment as ISS did for many years.
